Yes. Order one piece, check the fabric, fit and branding, and place the bigger run once you are happy with it.

Polos are our focus — that is where our fabrics and finishing are strongest. For round-neck t-shirts or other styles, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Every customize page has a size guide with chest and length measurements, so you can pick sizes for your team before ordering. If you are between two sizes, go up.

Prices are per piece and 5% GST is added on top. The cart and checkout show the full breakup before you pay, so there are no surprises at the end.

One logo position — embroidery or screen print — is included in the price you see. Extra positions or larger artwork change the cost, and we tell you before production.

₹99 per order. Once your bag crosses ₹999 (before GST), delivery is free — the cart shows how much more you need to add.

Yes, every order comes with a GST invoice, so your accounts team can claim input credit.

Yes. On the customize page, upload your logo and company name and the preview updates live — fabric colour, logo position and name on the polo. You also get a digital proof before anything is cut.

A transparent PNG or a vector file works best, but a clear photo of your logo also works — our design and proofing team cleans it up for embroidery or print.

Embroidery suits a chest logo and lasts well through washes. Screen print suits larger artwork and full-back designs. The customize page lets you choose, and the AI advisor can suggest a setup.

Message us with the colour you have in mind and we will tell you whether it can be matched in the fabric you pick before you order.

7–10 working days from the day you approve the digital proof. We design, proof and quality-check in house, and stitching and branding run at the partner workshops we work with.

Yes, tracked dispatch to your office or home address anywhere in India.

Use the Track order page with the order reference from your confirmation. It shows the stage your order is at: received, customization, production, dispatched or delivered.

Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference and the sizes involved. We will look into it and tell you what can still be done — which is why checking the size guide before production helps.

UPI, card or netbanking at checkout, through Paytm Business. Your order is saved as soon as you place it, and payment status updates automatically.

Payment runs on Paytm Business's secure page; card and UPI details never sit on our servers.
